Aromasofnat Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Custom orders, Seasonal Items.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Aromasofnat strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, aromasofnat will process your return. Aromasofnat will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
